The ads that watch the forecast

Most weather tools look backward: they tell you it rained. This module reads the forecast up to ten days ahead, hour by hour, for every city the business serves, and when a condition crosses the trigger, it builds the ad for exactly the cities in its path.

A real night from the logs: rain hit 55% probability for three cities. The system created the ad set targeting only them, scheduled it to go live on the rainy day, and wrote the end date at creation: the day after the weather passes. Auto-retirement, decided before the first drop.

Cold at 3am does not become an ad for a store that opens at 8. The module respects the hours in which weather actually matters for that business, the default window runs 8am to 8pm.

Nobody remembered these ads, and nobody needed to. That is the whole point. No one approved them either. They were simply on when the sky changed. The forecast for your cities is already public. Put your ads on it.
